(Colby) initially called to see if he could walk me through the issue. (He) made it a point to fit us into the busy schedule and have the machine repaired in time to complete copying needed for the weekend.
I think Lenny popped in and it happened we were at the end of our lease. He was able to give me a copier with the “stapling” feature I’ve wanted for several years, for not much more per month.
